There are many people who are concerned about the dangers from RF EMF, but there are ways to shield yourself. Wearing clothes made from EMR shielding fabric can shield your body from harmful radiation. Such fabrics are often made from a silver-colored cloth encased in fine mesh. RF EMF can cause heat to organic matter
RF EMF is an effective source of energy that can increase the temperature of organic matter. It achieves this by altering the water molecules' polarization. In contrast, ionizing radiation has the ability to cause chemical bonds to break and cause oxidative damage to the body. Furthermore, it could cause skin changes and tumors in some people. In the end, excessive exposure may cause long-term health issues.


The evidence that suggests the possibility that exposure RF EMF can cause EHS isn't extensive. However, there are many other studies that prove the link between RF EMF and oxygenative stress. The heating effect of RF EMF is explained by the polarity of the compounds. Contrary to ionizing radiation RF radiation is not thought to cause cancer. However, some studies have shown increased tumor rates in laboratory animal models exposed to RF radiation.

There are many federal agencies responsible for controlling and monitoring the impacts from RF radiation on the human body. This includes The Environmental Protection Agency, the Food and Drug Administration, and the OSHA. They track RF exposure to ensure that it is safe for workers. They also advise employees to minimize their exposure when working in high-frequency RF environments.
